Main Applications
Sodium metal can be obtained from electrolysis of brine, it is the important raw material of sodium cyanide, sodium
methoxide, sodium ethoxide, indigo, sodium borohydride, efficient herbicides and other chemicals, pharmaceuticals, dyes and pesticide industry. In the current sodium metal consumption, indigo(mainly for textile industry)accounted for 60-70%, pharmaceutical intermediates accounted for 30 - 40%, the amonut of pesticides and nuclear reactors account for about 5%.
Packaging
150kg steel drum, lined with double layer of polythene bags, paraffin oil and nitrogen in the bag as protection.
