In food industry, Glyceryl Monostearate (GMS) can be used as an emulsifier of dandy and chocolate. In pharmaceuticals and daily chemical industries, it can be applied as emulsifier, stabilizer and lubricant, etc. In plastic industry, it can be used as an antistatic agent in PE, PP, PVC. Its suggested dosage is 0.5-2.0%.
